Images and text you submit
Your full original image stays in your browser unless you explicitly save an account project. When you request an edit, the selected area and a small amount of surrounding context, original text, replacement text, and editing instructions are sent to our server and to Replicate for AI processing. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.
Temporary processing
Production stores task IDs, account ownership, request hashes, provider references, status, and temporary result links in a PostgreSQL database. These records do not store image bytes or the original and replacement text. Task access expires 30 minutes after creation. Expired task records are removed when a later generation request runs cleanup, so deletion can occur after access has expired. Daily usage and reserved-cost counters are retained for up to approximately eight days before becoming eligible for the same cleanup.
Replicate hosts uploaded crops and generated outputs under its own retention rules. The final full-size PNG is assembled in your browser; a copy is saved to your device when you download it. Account projects require an explicit save.
Clearing the image removes this editor’s local preview and result. If a generation is still running, we attempt to cancel it. Cancellation may arrive too late or fail, so clearing does not guarantee that the generation stops, its cost is reversed, or provider files are deleted immediately. A file you already downloaded remains on your device.
Account projects and reviewed translation plans
Only when you name and save a project do we upload full originals, version PNGs, region mappings and presets to private account storage for cross-device recovery. Temporary drafts are never saved as permanent projects automatically. Projects remain until you delete the project or account. Deletion blocks new reads immediately; a retryable cleanup task removes stored objects. Copies may share immutable files until all references are deleted.
Multi-language queues store your reviewed source text, translations, regions, base digests and step relationships to renew confirmations and verify parent steps. Plans allow four hours of execution; an explicit start can re-confirm identical content. This metadata may remain until account deletion. Without saving a project, we do not retain full originals or composed PNGs permanently.
Accounts, credits and payments
We store your email address, name, login method and account sessions. Login cookies verify your identity; a separate cookie remembers your language. Credit balances, generation debits and purchase records are retained to provide the service, prevent duplicate charges and handle billing issues. Stripe processes payments. We store amounts, currencies, credit quantities and payment references, not complete card details.
Local editing draft
To preserve your work when signing in or checking out, the image, text and selection are temporarily stored in this device’s browser. Drafts, local versions and frozen crops expire after 30 minutes; reopening the corresponding tool removes expired image files. You can also clear them explicitly. Credit identities remain to prevent duplicate charges. Closing the tab pauses unsent queue steps; accepted provider tasks may continue.
Logs and analytics
Image-editing application error logs record status codes and error types. They do not intentionally include image bytes, original filenames, submitted text, or complete temporary output URLs. Hosting and AI providers may also process request metadata under their own policies.
When configured, the site loads Google Analytics for visit measurement. It may use cookies and collect page, browser, and device information. The editor does not add image data or replacement text to custom analytics events. Analytics identifiers are separate from the anonymous editing-session cookie described above.
